Pros: works quickly, kills 130 pests, a little goes a long way, convenient hose nozzle Cons: expensive
This year, our lawn looked the best that it ever has. My family really worked diligently at weeding, watering and fertilizing, and we were very proud of it. That is, until we noticed that the lawn had somehow become ill. The cause of the illness were ...
Pros: Highly effective on a number of pests AND you can spray it on vegetables! Cons: You have to make sure no one steps in the sprayed areas until it dries.
My aunt recommended this pesticide after I mentioned to her that I had chinch bugs eating my grass up. I was going to hire an exterminator to take care of it, but after getting quotes in the range of $40, and deciding that was a ridiculous amount to pay ...
Pros: * Easy to use * Fast acting * Kills several lawn pests * Guaranteed Cons: There really are none
I live in Florida and we have a severe mole cricket and grub problem in the neighborhood. While the neighbors pay for professional services to treat their lawn, I prefer the do-it-yourself approach. I usually use a combination of the ...

Pros: Very effective at creating a foundation barrier Cons: None
We moved into a new house on a wooded lot in S. NH about 4 years ago. It is amazing the number of insects...especially carpenter ants and ticks...that we get. Eventually, about a year after construction, the carpenter ands found a way up our ...
Pros: Too early to tell. Cons: Application problems.
I bought this product for the ease of application and the broad coverage of insects. Also, the ability to cover trees and shrubs (as you cannot do that with the granules). I especially liked the grub control and tick control for the kids. Plus, I hate ...

good ant reduction but ... evergreen trees injured? by pollydarcy ,Jul 24 '06
Pros: good ant reduction Cons: possible injury to an evergreen?
We believe that the product has done a good job at reducing our ant problem but we have had an evergreen tree die and the use of this product is the only change we can think of? (I spread a thin border around the entire house right up against the house.)
The product says it's for the lawn, shrubs and trees but has anyone had any problems like this before?
Materials won't come out by batrachian ,May 04 '09
Pros: None Cons: Won't work Wast money, time and energy
I was very excited about this product and got up very early in the morning to apply it. After 2 hours spraying 10,000 ft2, I realized that the material bottle did not go down. Called customer support, was told there might be air bubbles in the line and need to do several squeez before opening water just like the comment of the one of the other customer below.
This seems to be a common issue. The lady over the phone admitted it is not a uncommon issue. I am just wondering why there is no such squeez procedures stated in the label. It could several hours of work in the beginning.
I have not tried the new technique to see if it works yet. Probably I won't any way. This is just a faulty designed product and I would recommond to stay away from it insteading of wasting your time and energy.
Mixed Results for driveway ants by kenniec47 ,Jul 24 '08
Pros: Nice applicator Cons: Not as potent or long-lasting as advertised.
I have used Triazicide in trying to rid the cracks in my driveway of the tiny ants that bring up all the sand around their entrances. The product works only marginally. If certainly does NOT work for months or even weeks as advertised. I have definitely seen a great reduction in the numbers of ants, but I keep reapplying the stuff about once per week. I really like the attached spray applicator.
My neighbor has a different brand of product and seems to be rid of her ants for the entire season. So there are better products on the market, I'm convinced.
