Pros: Good story line and action packed when the fights scenes happened. Cons: A couple of slow spots.
Peter Parker (Toby Maguire) can he be the new man "I mean spidey" in black? LOL of course he loves Mary Jane (Kristin Dunst) in Spiderman 2 he finally told her and thought that once she knew he was Spiderman she wouldn't be able to share him with the ...

Pros: Venom Looked Cool... Cons: Everything Else...
It is stated in this review that Harry Osborne becomes 'Hobgoblin'. Well anderclayton brought it to my attention that Roderick Kingsley becomes 'Hobgoblin'. With that being said, the movies are based on the Marvel 'Ultimate' series of comics and graphic ...

Pros: A thrilling, if lengthy and complicated and mostly CGI, conclusion of the Spider-Man trilogy. Cons: Long. Overloaded with characters and plots. Based on comic books.
SPIDER-MAN 3 was intended for Imax theatres. I saw it at home on a DVD; I can only imagine that Imax audiences were hit with seasickness in some of the scenes. As with some other franchises, there's not much point in seeing Spider-Man 3 if you ...

Pros: Action, special effects Cons: way too much crammed in
I was really looking forward to this Spidey movie, especially with the black suit and Venom being it it. What stunk was that they tried to pack way to much into this one movie, with the introduction of the black suit and Venom(horribly miscast ...

Pros: Great Acting, Special effects, Storyline, and Action Cons: Could this be the last one?
Spider-man 3 is the third installation in the retelling of the Spider-man comics. This time Spider-man comes face to face with one of the most infamous Spiderman villians, Venom, as well as the Sandman. In this movie Peter must also finally face the ...

Pros: lots of humor Cons: not enough detail
All of the Spider-man movies have been spectacular, but the third Spider-man movie has stuck out the most. For one Peter Parker is now in love with Mary Jane and plans on proposing to her. This plan changes however when he, Spider-man, becomes popular ...

What Happened To Spiderman?
by christianfc316 ,Nov 14 '07
Pros: Unpredictable Characters made for more suspense. Cons: Confusing and slow at parts.
I was amazed by this movie. It had its highs and its lows. It was a little slow in spots but overall I thought it was very good. The whole "Emo" Spiderman thing threw me for a loop. Why would Spiderman wear his hair like that? I thought that the Goblin was played nicely and in a twisty fashion. He was an unpredictable character. MJ was one of the characters I loved she was a shady person in a way but she new in her heart that she loved Peter. Venom was a great addition to the team of villains. He was once again another unpredictable character. The sand man was a plot thickening idea. Peter was presented with a great choice to forgive or not and it added a nice sense of closure on the Uncle Ben part.

Long awaited Spiderman 3
by crackdealer4u ,Jun 16 '07
Pros: Venom and Sandman. Good action. Cons: Topher Grace a bad guy? Too much in one movie.
A great movie with one downside. It was full of action and brought in Venom and Sandman. Other than Carnage, Venom is my favorite villian from the Spiderman Series. The downside is that Venom is played by none other than Topher Grace. You may know him as Eric Forman from "That 70's Show". Most have watched the show and I don't know about everyone else but him playing a bad guy is extremely hard to see. Everyone thought the same back in the day of Will Smith. Let me explain this. Will Smith played a famous character on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as we know. He did manage to drop the image fast and move on to be a great actor. Topher Grace did not seem to drop the image. I feel I was watching Eric Forman fight Spiderman. The other part of the movie I have problem with is I feel they tried to put together 3 movies into one. Venom should be a movie to himself. Having said all this. The movie is not bad. It is a great movie that I would recommend to anyone. The problems I have are me just being picky.

Spider-Man (the) 3...Movies I Did Not Enjoy
by warlock2004 ,May 19 '07
Pros: Spidey's dark side, Church's acting AND Bryce Dallas Howard Cons: Way too short actions scenes, Horrible-looking Venom, over-sized sandman, Raimy's timid directing (where's James Cameron)
Once again, the producers and director refused to think big. As I have said from Spider-man 1, the same care and attention to detail that is shown with the Peter Parker (emotional) aspects of the films, is surely lacking in the Spider-man (action) scenes. These scenes ARE SIMPLY TOO SHORT - appetizer without the main course! Instead of six 1-2 minute sequences, what about three solid 15-20 minute intense fighting scenes - ala James Cameron movies. Im no action junky, but these are, after all, SUPERHERO movies!
Great story-telling involves properly showcasing the persons life together with the heros battles.
