Good new hotel

Pros: Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast area gets overcrowded quickly. They could use a second waffle maker.
This is a nice new hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and reasonable rates. The parking lot is well lit and there are good restaurants in walking distance.
