Good to great reception, fair to bad customer service

Pros: Good to great coverage in Austin.
Cons: Customer service by phone is a lengthy, aggravating process.
In Austin, Sprint seems to have pretty good coverage. Most of the time I get 3+ bars with clear calls and no dropped words or calls. I live very near the city center so you might find coverage to be different in your area. I moved to Sprint from ...
