Pros: ok pcs service, ok rates, better rates if you are on an old plan. Cons: Poor Customer Service, no incentives for current customers, not-as-good choice in phones
I am disappointed to write a bad review of Sprint because I was a very happy customer for about seven years. In the interest of keeping this short I will just say that in the process of buying a new phone I was made to feel like an unvalued ...

unsupported charges

Pros: none Cons: unsupported charges and no intention to substantiate them
We just got our account setup with Sprint. Got our first bill with a charge for
$126 for "internet use". When we requested a detailed list of usage we were told
that they "can't because the the billing cycle has changed" although, when we called, we were told of a couple of occasions we used it (but we were at the movies at that time!).
They refused to take any action and were told that the rep talked to his supervisor and that the "case was closed".
We were charged for something we did not use and the company refused to
substantiate it.
