Pros: customer service is easy to deal with, all inclusive plan, great website
Cons: some usage issues with data

Pros: coverage area is the only positive I can see
Cons: Everything else about them
Summary: I would honestly not give any stars if I could, I would have had better luck with 2 cans and a string!!! I so hate writing bad reviews for products and service but I feel that I have given you plenty of time to correct the issue before posting things. I ... read more

Pros: Plan prices compared to the other big players
Cons: Not many repair locations around town but I've never needed one yet.

Pros: The Katana is a cool phone, but that's more of an Sanyo-thing.
Cons: Reception, customer service, prices.
Summary: I began a contract with Sprint because my employer opened a Sprint retail store, making me eligible for an employee discount. In retrospect, I would rather have paid the regular rate at a different company than subject myself to the unspeakable horror ... read more

Pros: Cheaper unlimited plan than most carriers.
Cons: Disconnets, calls won't go through, can't receive calls "network is always busy!"
Summary: About 50% of the calls I dial out each day won't go through and say "the network is busy". People try calling me and many times it will go straight to voicemail because the network is busy! I am sure Sprint has had many people switch to their ... read more

Pros: All kinds of places to get you enrolled.
Cons: dropped calls, long waits for customer service, poor problem-solving.
Summary: Have a Sanyo 8400 and travel between Tinley Park and Joliet. Have one of Sprint's oldest plans: $45 Free & Clear Area-Wide Plan with 1000 Anytime Minutes. Since Nextel and Sprint came together service has been eroding slowly but successfully. ... read more

Pros: Had good coverage all over the country.
Cons: Unreliable service and non-existent customer service.
Summary: I was a Sprint PCS customer for over 10 years and recently (1+ years) coverage in Chicago's Northern Suburbs has dwindled to none. This lack of coverage, along with poor customer support (Sprint automatically dis-connects calls to their *2 Customer ... read more
