Cons: fraudulent billing , 20,000 complaints with the BBB. Numerous class action lawsuits

I have been a sprint user for about 8 years, I have 5
Phones on my plan and the only reason I have remained with
Sprint is because of phone replacement thus extending contracts. For the last year, each and every monthly bill
Requires several calls and alot of time to fix. For example,
This month’s bill is $450.00 when it should be $125.00!

There cust. Service people reign supreme in the incompetence
Arena. I have also had them not honor insurance contracts,
Etc...
I have reached a point where it is time to say the hell
With the contract and the termination fees. There going to have
To take me to court for that.
With over 20,000 BBB complaints in the last 36 months and
Reviews such as this you would be well advised to not use
Sprint as your service provider, they absolutely suck, FFF---
