    Pros: Easy to use, low impact, comfortable, excellent value, unique in home excersize equipment
    Cons: Shipping package is 105 pounds,  Comes in parts that need to be assembled.

    Summary: This the only home execise machine in its class with a serious "arm bike." I use the arm bike daily for 25 minutes for aerobics. I have a bad left knee joint and cannot use a regular bike. Also I am aged 70 with some mobility issues yet I can get on and ... read more
