Pros: Exceptionally quiet. Extremely tiny shred particles. Sleek design. Special credit card/CD slot.
Cons: "Heavy Duty" definition may not equal your expectations. Tiny particles develop "static cling".

Pros: Nearly silent operation, shreds into the tiniest pieces imaginable.
Cons: Doesn't live up to claims, definitely not a heavy-duty shredder, overheats constantly.

Pros: Teeny tiny crumbs of paper when it works. Makes short order of credit cards, etc.
Cons: Overheats and shuts down to an extent that makes it practically unusable.
Summary: We were sold based on in-store demonstration. After the first use, we found the serious weakness of this model. It goes into "overheat" mode after feeding 5-10 sheets and shuts down. It is basically out of commission for the better part of an hour
