Step 2 Wagon for Two

Pros: two kids can ride, well - designed, optional trailer
Cons: the door on ours doesn't close all the way

We bought this wagon last year - so I have had some time to think about a review. This wagon gets a fair amount of use in our house, but we don't use it the way we thought we would.

We purchased the step two wagon the first time three years ago. Within one seasons worth of every day, however only appropriate child weight seated wear and tear, the front wagon wheel came off and the plastic where the wheel was anchored had expanded in size so repair was not an option. We purchased another wagon last year since they had changed the wheels and we assumed it would be manufactured better this time around. I used it twice last fall when I first got it pulled it out last week after storing it for the winter and today the wheel (same one, different wagon) completely blew out the tire cracked, the steel connector bar shifted and the cheesy plastic bolts came loose. The seats do not have seatbelt options there is not enough foot room for two kids to sit comfotably and the attachment available only carries extra gear - not a child.

Pros: cupholders and storage
Cons: kids love to open/shut the door many times a close call on the fingers.

I have used this wagon with all three of my children form, picnics to the zoo....this has been a life saver when the kids would not ride in a stroller anymore!

We bought this wagon when our twins were two years old for taking trips around the neighborhood and beyond. Nearly three years later, it's still in excellent condition and has endured countless trips through the zoo and to the playground. The cup holder feature is a real plus, and one of the comfortable seats lifts to reveal a handy storage compartment for small toys, snacks, etc. The angle of the handle makes maneuvering the wagon a breeze. My only complaint about this wagon is the latch on the door. The kids have pinched their fingers on several occasions while struggling to operate the latch. It's no piece of cake for me, either. It takes quite a bit of muscle at times to pull it open. The kids usually just climb in or out over the door.

We love this wagon, except that the hubcaps do not attach securely to the wheels. We ended up using glue to secure all the hubcaps. Now all is well. We purchased this product as my 18 month old child does not like to be in a stroller anymore. She loves this wagon and likes to take her dolls, drinks, and snacks in it while we travel around the neighborhood!
