Pros: No spiders or ants to be found. Small/compact, have one in every room
Cons: clicking noise annoys me like a leaking faucet at night so I unplug it @night

After visiting a relative who is notorious for having a messing and dirty house (dishes with food left in other rooms) I noticed that there weren't any bugs while I was helping to clean up. His neighbor also noted that in the 5 years that he lived there and was friends with my relative, there were never any bugs, not even a spider. This convinced me to try it as well but in my apartment. I'm amazed.. this year I haven't had an ant, spiders or "thousand-leggers" problem to bug the management about, the clicking noise is annoying, I unplug the one in my bedroom at night but other then that.. No worries about creepy crawly things anymore

Update Late April 2006
Warmer weather is brining on the yearly insect complaints however I realized I haven't had any. Although keeping a clean apartment, they usually show up here but thus far, I haven't seen any. BIGGER plus... squirrels usually tear up my plants on my deck, I put on of these pest controllers on my deck and the squirrels seem to stay clear YAHOOO.. maybe I'll have luck with my tomatoes this year
