The box says this game is a multiplayer game, up to 4 people can play. The box lies. This is essentially a single player game. It requires very little skill or knowledge of the game of golf. Game play consist mostly of lining up a shot, pressing the Wii 'B' button to activate the mode. Then while holding the 'A' button shake the controller. That activates a meter that is set to a distance. Release the 'A' button, adjust the meter by tilting the controller, the lock the meter by again pressing the 'A' button. Make the shot by shaking the Wii controller. Sounds just like playing the online game doesn't it. No Wii controller needed, this is push button game play that is a far stretch from golfing. It is fun, as a bored single player might want to play for a bit, but is worth at the most a $19.00 game, which is where it will end up shortly after the Wii gains a few more games. I personally feel I was ripped off by the game and the labeling on the box.
