Pros: Lots of compartments, very strong, great padding and nice look too. Cons: Not enough padding on the bottom of the bag.
I purchased one at around 89 bucks. kind of pricy but worth it. Top Handle has a steel wire cable with a flexible padding for a strong and firm grip. The compartments are easy to get to and are located all over the place. The inner compartments are ...

Pros: Sturdy, Extremely Well-designed, Well-padded, Best Value, Extremely Comfortable, Lots of Room and Pockets Cons: Doesn't Fit My 17" VAIO VGN-AR170G Without A Very Tight Fit
I love this backpack! I was intent on getting something for my new VAIO VGN-AR170G laptop, which has a 17" screen. Finding a backpack that carries a 17" in the stores where I live is near impossible. This is unless you settle for the only option offered, ...

Fits MOST not all 17" Widescreen note book
by the_mom ,Jun 09 '07
Pros: Excellent quality, very sturdy, and large enough for a thin 17" Widescreen Notebook. Cons: Doesn't come with exterior and interior device dimensions to insure proper fit.
There were no dimensions for device compatibility, or exterior dimensions on the backpack labels. I had requested an employee at Staples place a Wide Screen 17" computer into the designated compartment. The biggest problem I have discovered is not all 17" widescreen notebooks are built the same. The backpack does not fit Sony Vaio model VGN-AR320E. Not in the device compartment, it does fit the interior area very tightly, when zippered up.

Solid, Tough, Beauty, Quality, BUY IT!!
by ookxtreme ,Mar 14 '07
Pros: Quality, Comfort, HEAVY DUTY Handles & Zippers, Design Is Well Thought Out In Every Way Cons: THE ONLY, tiny flaw, Chest Strap Not Removable,THAT'S IT!!
Well I have had some experience in the Wenger/SwissGear Backpacks, as I had purchased one for my 15" powerbook, so knew of the quality. Back when I bought one for the 15" I had looked and looked for a Tuff Sturdy bag and I found the Wenger...... So when i purchased the 17"Powerbook Jan 2007, I figured I'd look again to see how the backpack competition had grown, and to see if Wenger was still the best...... after searching for a couple of weeks i always came back to the Pegasus..... I travel a lot with my laptop, from car, trains and planes this thing is solid and comfortable..... the design is great, the pockets are perfect and the THE ZIPPERS ARE HEAVY DUTY ALONG WITH THE HANDLE! AND SHOULDER STRAPS!!....
IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR THE 17" LAPTOP BUY THE PEGASUS, IF YOU NEED ONE FOR THE 15" BUY THE 15" VERSION (I FORGOT THE NAME), you will love the quality and design that wenger brings to the table.... and heck for $65 it blows the Targus, Brenthaven and all others away!!!
