DT Solo's are a good ball for the high handicap player. A beginner ball. It does not perform as well as the ads claim. I would rank this ball fourth or fifth behind the MC Lady, which precept stopped production on, Pinnacle Exception, Maxfli A3, Maxfli A10, and the Noodle. These are balls that have good distance, soft feel, feels good off the putter, and under $24.00 a dozen. Sure you can find a better ball than the ones I mentioned, if you like spending $40.00 a dozen. The DT Solo is an ok ball, but Titleist makes the NXT ball, which is better than the Solo too.
