Pros: Good coverage, national and international roaming, great price, good customer service Cons: Poor rural service, spotty suburban coverage
I have used T-Mobile's service in the Denver area for the past 18 months, and have been relatively pleased with their coverage and call quality. Coverage in Metro Denver and the Front Range Contrary to the other review in this section, I ...
Pros: Coverage, Customer Service Cons: Change of Authority
I have had them 4-5 years and honestly their coverage is just fine! Yes there are spots where there is no coverage but every cell phone company has those. I know of 2 spots where I don't have coverage nor does anyone else I know. It gets great reception ...
T Mobile Customer Service by billwrites ,Nov 02 '06
Pros: I can't think of any. Both product and service is an abomination. Cons: Dropped calls by the dozens. No phone number in manual for customer service.
I live in a high rise which the Apt. house manger tells me has a T-mobile tower on the roof. It was a definite influence in me buying the product. With all the calls that are dropped, I spent two days making a doctor's appointment.
After six months service, the battery went dead. I replaced after waiting a week for a battery to be shipped from Hong Kong, but still no service. The telephone, a Motorola V180, is appparently deader than I thought the battery was.
I E-mailed the internet vendor for a customer service number. My reply was to get it from my billing. As soon as I pay the billing, I shred it. Now I am reduced to waiting for my next billing to call customer service on the neighbor's phone.
My next telephone will be a land line or cell that will allow a customer trial period before purchase.
I wanted a cell phone with me for medical reasons. I have been without any phone for almost two weeks. Is this why I promised a two year contract? I think not.
Worst coverage of any plan! by ddenzer ,Jun 08 '06
Pros: Nice phone. Reasonable plan. Cons: What matters most: being able to make a call and communicate. Terrible coverage.
I have had several cell phone plans in the Denver metro area, but T-Mobile definitely is the worst coverage. Reception is poor, and it is the exception to the rule when a call actually isn't dropped. Terrible coverage. Don't get this service unless you enjoy frustration.
