Pros: good deals on yearly upgrades Cons: customer service is average website hard to navigate
I have had T-Mobile for many years now. And to be very honest if it wasn't for their mobile phone upgrades (available after a year of a two year service contract) I would of probably have left. Compared to other networks in my area, their drop calls are probably average with others.
