After having t-mobile for several years I decided to upgrade my phone to a newer model. I then ordered a new phone at a discount and had to extend my contract for 2 more years. The total amount for the phone and shipping was $16.00. I then received my bill was for $36 as they added a $18 upgrade fee which I was never told about or was it on their site. After calling several times they refused to creit it back even though I was never told about it. Basically, DO NOT BUY a phone from t-mobile!
