Pros: Great call quality and clarity, customer service, value. Cons: Some plans could be better for low volume callers.

There are some dead or soft spots like in South Jordan near the mountains but what is perfect? The plans have more value than the other major carriers. If you[re concerned about coverage and want to try it without a contract start with prepaid first. You can get a used cheap phone online to try it and then upgrade later if it's for you. Customer service has always been great for me too! I started on post paid for years but just went prepaid with the gold 100 plan - best value. I have ATT cell phone for work and find T-mobile is clearer than ATT. I drove cross country twice and mostly had no problems with getting signals, free roaming is included when off the Tmobile grid.
