Pros: Large selection of new phones, data plans, online account services (except for To Go) Cons: Somewhat sparse coverage in some states
I've been a tracfone customer for years. Love the service; hate the selection of phones. Until I found T mobile's To Go prepaid plan there really weren't any comparably priced alternatives. I shopped around a little before I picked out my phone ...

Pros: inexpensive service, 15% bonus after spending $100.00, clear calls Cons: not a lot of phones to choose from, sometimes hard to add minutes
Having bad credit, getting a cellular plan that was not prepay, was not an option for me. There was a huge deposit required from every company out there, which just was not in my budget. I also only needed the phone for 'emergencies'...it wasn't ...

Cellular Plus is a ripoff!!
by johnluriejr ,May 23 '08
Pros: Nice intising offer Cons: Don't stand behind their deal
I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for four years, and switched to T-Mobile because I was intrigued by a deal the company was offering its new customers. I asked a Cellular Plus representative to sign us up, on the condition that they will pay off the termination fee's. I came back to the kiosk two weeks later with my papers in hand expecting money back for the termination of my old service and was told that the manager Kurt is no longer with them and they cannot help me. I showed them a signed piece of paper from the manager and his assistant Steve that states they will pay for the terminated lines, but to no avail. I now stand to lose $525.00 in charges for canceling my cell phone service with Verizon. The problem? I wasnt the one who cancelled it, T-Mobile was when they changed the service over and now because they are not honoring the signed agreement, I stand to lose money; please help!

T-mobile in Jacksonville
by chazer28 ,Aug 18 '08
Pros: Great if you are in a coverage area. Cons: Sucks if you think that the coverage map on their site is correct.
Well I have had T-mobile and I moved to an area that according to their coverage map I should have two bars but I do not get any until I drive around 2 miles from my house. They told me that their coverage map is not correct and that I have to suck it up until my contact is over or pay $200 to get out of it, so I guess you must be a lucky one.
