Pros: Service. Wine. Food. Cons: Some incorrectly say service is stuffy. The wait staff is supremely professional but equally friendly.
Taberna del Alabardero has the best wait staff in town. It's wine list and wine service is also top notch. Taberna never fails to deliver. Also, Taberna's bar is an overlooked source of first rate tapas and Spanish wines by the glass.
