Worth $20 for casual use. Not for the power commuter

Pros: Cheap. Small. Comfortable
Cons: Quirky. Unreliable.
I've used a lot of headset and hands-free products over the years and I have to say that this is one of the most comfortable "ear hook" type products that I've ever used. It's also small and "techie" so you don't looks like a total idiot with it sticking...
