Pros: Works wonders on a tired or disk compressed back. Cons: somewhat bulky and difficult to change from very short people to tall people settings.
Summary: The teeter inversion table has saved my husband a ton of pain and trips to the Doctor's office. He was actually bedfast for two months and since using this he is up and around almost pain free. It worked for disk decompression for him but not so sure
