Pros: Fast as the microwave, browns well, cooks evenly. Cons: Large footprint, awkward dome, cord is in the way.
Ever since my parents received that boxy device in the 70's called a microwave, the ole oven has been relegated to "baking" status as most quick meals get popped into the nuke machine. Imagine back in the days when "TV Dinners" would sit in the oven for ...

Pros: Fast and walk away cooking, double rack, fat free cooking, limitless possibilities Cons: None that I found.
One day when I was coming back into my dorm room and it was about 22:00; plus I was too tired to even watch the stove to cook something to eat. Since I'm not the Mac and Cheese kind of person, because I find Mac and Cheese kind of disgusting though;...

Pros: I love this product, it has everything you could ever want in a kitchen appliance Cons: It's large, but that's necessary. Other than that, this is great!
I'm not big on cooking so I thought I'd give it a try. I mean when you come home you're tired! It's been a long day, maybe no one is around if you're single like me or maybe you've got little hellions to contend with. To make a meal you have to ...

Pros: Ok, but took longer to cook than using stove top Cons: They appear to be trying to bilk their customers
My unit did not work as advertised. I used it twice. Both times cooking from frozen took twice as long as their chart said. I could have defrosted the food in the microwave oven and cooked it on the stove top a lot faster. I called Thane and they said ...

Pros: I can't think of a single pro. Cons: Awful customer service. No knowledge of their Platinum model.
Ordered Flavorwave Turbo Friday evening (1/23/09). Tried finding more information about the Platinum upgrade on their website, but the info was very sketchy--no dimensions, no information on whether the arm came apart or was permanently attached to the ...

Pros: cooks moist delicious meats Cons: does not reduce cooking time as promised
At one o'clock in the morning, I watched in wonder as they tauted the new Thane FlavorWave oven. This device, according to the infomercial, could bake meats to juicy perfection and give them outstanding flavor in the time it takes to microwave the meat...

Pros: perfectly cooked food, frozen or fresh, quick, easy clean up, inexpensive. everyone should have one Cons: wish we had this a long time ago
while we've only had the oven for 1 week, we've used it every day. it's still hard for us to believe that it actually cooks frozen meats. we've tried everything in it, and everything we've tried has been cooked to perfection. not only does it cook foods ...

Pros: can view your food, healthier than a microwave, contained unit that’s fairly easy to use.
Cons: cooks unevenly, claims are exaggerated, cord gets in the way, difficult to clean element cover
I purchased my flavorwave deluxe about 3 and a half years ago. It took me awhile to get it as there was a back order and I had been thinking about getting one for about a year prior to that. My purpose was to minimize the use of a large oven, baking ...

Pros: Fast, efficient and makes excellent food! Cons: The top heating unit separates from the cooking dome way too easily!
I have found in over 90% of the infomercials that product doesn't meet the expectations that the infomercial portraits, but with this product, it meets my expectations 100%! I bought this oven in January 2004. I also have a microwave convection combo ...

Pros: It's all the things and works the way they tell you it will. Cons: I find the cooking times in the literature are inaccurate. It tends to recommend overcooking.
I love my Flave-0-Wave oven delux, although I prefer to cook the foods thawed because the seasoning doesn't stick to the frozen steaks, etc. It does the most amazing job with fish. I was not a big fan of fish, but with this machines a little herbs, oil ...

Pros: Won't heat up your kitchen and does cook food and make it juicy! Cons: Some meats will need extra attention- chicken. Roasts hard to turn over in bag.
I ordered my Flavor Wave Turbo after waiting a whole year after hearing about it from a commercial...the new Turbo model has higher cooking temps and I've been testing the devil out of it. Here's my findings... It comes with a few recipes, that are ...
