Pros: - nice kitchenet
- 2 pools
- free parking
Cons: - tons of kids
- busy section of town
- noisy environment
I booked this stay as a site-unseen b/c we needed a place to stay while attending a conference at a nearby hotel.
For $148 (after taxes) a night, I guess the value is "ok".
Not the best place for a romantic couple without kids. On the otherhand, if you are looking for an economical place to take the family and being right on the beach is a high priority, then it's not such a bad deal.
Would NOT recommend for a romantic get-away.
Would recommned for a family of four or more who wants pools, beach and playground.
I found the rooms and the premises to be a little worn-out, but still presentable. I was most impressed by the deluxe kitchenett that our suite had (we were in the Nassau bldg). I thought this would be a real plus for a family trying to keep from going out to eat at every meal.
There were two pools, a spa (hot tub), and easy access to the beach (no having to cross any streets).
Staff: I found the staff to be just ambivilent, not outgoing, but not rude either)
