Pros: Step-by-step detailed explanations, real life examples, well-written Cons: Lots of reading, motivation required to follow through with the workbook suggestions

I still have panic attacks, but am able to cope with them far better than I used to, using the skills provided by the book. It's a lot of reading, but it's definitely worth it to free yourself from panic, anxiety or phobias.
