9 out of 9 kids agree that this is the Best Children's Museum in the USA! There is SO much to see and do. If you plan on going...plan to stay all day. Also plan to get there early or get there near lunch time. I'll explain why later. The museum has ...
Pros: One of the most amazing places I've ever been Cons: My legs start to hurt after walking around!
The Children's Museum, in one word..fun.. In another word or 2, completely educational, and the word that sums it up, AMAZING. Don't let the name fool you, I have as much fun now as I did when I was a little kid. Walking up to the building you'll see a...

Spend $99 for a family membership. Go when you want, 10a-5p and enjoy a kid-centered, safe, and fun atmosphere for all of your small rooms. When the kids get bored with one room or level, go another. It is the largest children's museum in the world. It is so impressive that some weeks during the fall, winter, and spring, we would go every week. The exhibits are interactive. Whether you have a little one can only play with Thomas the Train tables, can splash in the water with a special smock on, or crawl around in Play Zone, mom & dad may get bored but you will enjoy watching your kids play all day long. It is hard to explain how incredible each museum experience can be. You'll never look at "museums" the same way again after having your child's curiousity prodded each time you visit. There is even a real carosel on the 4th floor.
