Pros: Easy, fast, and "safe" recipes
Cons:

Not a whole lot of flavor / seasoning.


I have made about 40 recipes from this book - they are all fast and easy to prepare. I would call these "safe" recipes as they are good and generally people will like them but only two so far have been worthy of repeating.
