Pros: VERY well made.
Sturdy.
Easy to follow DVD workouts.
Full body workout.
Great for all levels.
Cons: Size is a bit large.
Cost new is a bit high.

Pros: Low activity level, only need to use 2-3 times a week
Cons: Some positions take a few times to feel the "burn" and need flexibility.

Summary: It did take over a month to receive my fluidity, which was very frustrating but it came last week. I have done 3 workouts so far all the beginner video. I had no idea they would be so difficult, subtle, but very effective. I did not hurt the next day

Summary: I purchased this bar from Fluidity.com website. I still, after 3 weeks have Not received the bar. It has not even shipped yet! I wish I would have ordered off of ebay, I would have had it by now!? After I finally receive this bar I will then repost
