Pros: Nice, up-scale location to grab a small nosh during holiday shopping.
Cons: Getting reservations sometimes hard. Price is high for quantity/variety received. Reservations recommended. Space limited.
Summary: I wanted to take my mother to a high tea for her birthday. Not surprising, there are not a lot of places in Portland that serve a high tea.
