Pros: Fabulous food, great service, perfect location Cons: Pricey
Yes, the movie stars are here. I saw Keanu Reeves on my last visit and my girlfriend saw Sean Penn and Warren Beatty here. But who cares? They obviously have good taste as this is one of the finest restaurants on the planet!
Pros: Great place to people watch (especially celebrities, directors, etc) with great food and service. Cons: It can get very crowded, sometimes a little cramped, but it is worth it.

Pros: Delicious and eclectic menu, great service, excellent location, atmosphere to die for. Cons: None, except that sometimes it is hard to get in (make reservations!)
Though I can't afford to eat here all the time, it sure would be nice if I could. Ivy at the Short is THAT good! Yes, it’s expensive. Yes, it’s trendy. But you won’t leave feeling dissatisfied or disappointed, believe me.
Pros: One of the best blackened steaks Cons: People with Attitude
This is a very good restaurant. The best entree I ever had was the blackened steak. Went back a few times just to make sure it was really as good as I thought. In addition, there are some great salads and appetizers, but will not insist on anything...

Pros: The service, the portions, friendly attitude. Nice decor and comfortable space. Cons: Veggie salad's dressing, dessert prices and the few choices without nuts or cream.
I found the grilled veggie salad somewhat of a disappointment at $21.75. It was well cooked and a hearty portion, but not outstanding. I felt that the dressing needed flavor enhancement. My luncheon partner ordered fried calamari which was good.
For dessert, I avoid dairy and nuts. That made it a hard call. The dessert prices were outrageous! $15.75 for a banana split???! We ordered a plate of cookies, brownies and pecan squares for the bargain price of $9.75! We told them to hold the pecan squares. We got about ten tasteless(to someone who loves chocolate)brownie triangles arranged very attractively with 3 small chocolate chip cookies (think slice and bake size) in the middle of a huge plate. The cookies were yummy but chock full of nuts! The brownies had a few nuts but due to their lack of taste I only had one. Very disappointing.
The hostess was very gracious, the waiter very nice, but not totally comfortable with his English. The bus boy kept the iced tea flowing but didn't understand my repeated requests for the sugar or equal. After 4 tries I asked the waiter and it appeared quickly.
