Pros: Pretty much everything. Cons: Some of the characters are hard to empathize with.

Pros: Engaging, thought-provoking story that makes you question what it means to be human Cons: Unusual format may turn away some readers for whom the book is most appropriate
Summary: When Olivia was four year old, the boat in which she, her mother, and her brother were traveling from Cuba to the United States crashed. Olivia was the sole survivor.

Pros: Imaginative story/Unique writing style Cons: Grab a tissue. This one's a tear jerker.
