Pros: Numerous connection points, extremely comfortable when adjusted, and big enough for a weeks supplies.
Cons: Allot of straps and buckles requires some getting use to.

I've got to say, this is without question on of the best multi day backpacks I've ever owned or used. This animal is very big, with multiple pockets and accesses for many items, as well as a nifty mini day pack for quick off trail excursions. The built-in hydration feature makes it much more usable than the outside, find the bottle units.

The "X Body System" makes even heavier loads move with your body, and not rub or press on you causing hot spots or blisters. I especially like the built in sleeping bag pocket which is re-enforced to keep an easy access to the bag, and yet protect it from the outside world.

All in all, this is the pack to have if you are a serious minded hiker with places to go, and things to carry.
