I've stayed in many hotels and motels in all different categories, and though nice, this place is definitely NOT worth the price. Only stayed for a convention, and for this caliber of room quality, you could stay at a Best Western or the Quality Inn ...

Pros: Room was nice and the interior design is beautiful.
Cons: Customer service was beyond bad.

The Rosen is a beautiful hotel; however, when you’re paying these rates you expect good customer service. That wasn’t our experience. When the hotel neglected to post no-parking signs in an area reserved for valet parking, guests parked there. The hotel had all the cars towed. Apparently they run the towing service. After the Rosen towed the cars, the staff posted the no-parking signs. The hotel impounded the cars and refused to give their cars back until everyone paid the exorbitant fees. We now stay at Gaylord Palms.
