My husband and I both love this cookbook. Not a single disappointment so far. We love food and dieting has always been difficult for us to stick with long term. This is making it easy. The desserts are great. The salads excellent. It takes a little longer to prepare some of the recipes but are well worth it.

Pros: Delicious, easy recipes, great for everyday and entertaining without needing exotic hard to find ingredients.

A great addition to the already fabulous South Beach Diet. I have lost 45 lbs and have never been happier. I do not open my old recipe books anymore and have totally changed my diet and my attitude about food. I highly recommend both South Beach books and once you change your way of eating, I am sure, you will be asking yourself why you ate the way you did before.
