Which One of Them Did It?

by Rocketgirl Rocketgirl is a Top Reviewer on Epinions in Books, , Nov 08 '02
Pros: Unique plot, good suspense
Cons: Predictable
This book is a suspense novel by Ken Follett. This is the first book I have read by him and I enjoyed it a lot. I have to admit that I had not picked up a book by Follet in the past because for some reason I was under the impression he wrote spy...

The Third Twin: What a Work is Man

by naphtalia Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 100, Jun 03 '02
Pros: suspenseful. well written. characters you care about
Cons: may be too strong at points for some
The Third Twin attracted me first by its title. Twins run in my family. As a child, I always believed that I had been a twin and no one would tell me. (My parents assured me, however, that when I was made they broke the mold.....and I like to...

Cloning Never Felt So...Scary.

by Neubs , Sep 05 '00
Pros: Suspenseful; original storyline
Cons: Main killer isn't mentioned as often as he should be.
Although this book was released in 1997, I just recently finished it. It was given to me by a friend who knew I loved suspense-filled novels.
The Third Twin, written by Ken Follet, is a tale of twisted wrong doings created by a group of dishonest...

Totally Compelling

by sandyship , Aug 25 '01
Pros: Totally believable the way the story evolves as the scientist uncovers this major cover-up.
Cons: Depth of feeling could have been greater from the clones when they found out.
This was one of the quickest books I have ever read as it was so engrossing and so cleverly written that one action flowed so swiftly onto another. There was no place to take a break. Great pace and lots of interesting, weird and frightening characters....

Entertaining thriller
by cringoet ,Nov 22 '04
Pros: Quite entertaining thriller that reads very easily
Cons: The end is a little bit disappointing and quite predictable as well
For me, this was the first novel of Ken Follett that I read. The story is quite good and I really kept reading to find out what was going to happen. However at a certain point the plot became to obvious and was quite predictable. For me the end was a little bit disappointing. I expected a lot more to happen, but suddenly it just ends like that. However as a general overview of this novel I could recommend it to everybody who's fond of stories from Grisham and authors like that.
