The mattress is great, less of a pillowtop and doesn't create deep sags. We ended up replacing our current 2 year old pillowtop mattress with the Westin mattress.
The buying process can be a pain online. We made the huge mistake of buying through Nordstrom which offers no customer service or help after the purchase. In the Northwest, the selected delivery company literally held up the delivery by scheduling on the wrong days or the opposite times when we would be at home. Nordstrom literally had no desire or ability to do anything per the store and we were left to deal with the purchase on our own.
Our friends in another part of the country had a much better delivery experience and they got their mattress faster via online vs. Nordstrom.
A reminder that the awesome Westin heavenly bed experience many of us love includes more than the mattress - pillows, sheets, etc.
