Summary: We just returned from a one night stay at this hotel. It is located north of the John Hancock off of Michigan Avenue. We arrived at 4:30 pm. The lobby is long but narrow. Like any big hotel, you enter the front door where you will find the bell staff ... read more

    Cons: No pool.

Summary: I bought a room on Priceline.com asking for at least a 3-star hotel, and I received this for about $119 with taxes. This does not include the parking which was $16 for one night. The Westin is just north of the John Hancock building, and it is very ... read more

Pros: Located right on Michigan Avenue - the Magnificent Mile.
Cons: The lobby and the other facilities are not as luxurious.

    Pros: Location, Ambiance, Cleanliness
Cons: Parking rates are robbery, vending machines take your money and the staff doesn't really care.

Summary: GOOD: I booked a room last-minute from hotwire at $130/night at this hotel. I live in Chicago, but had a friend from out of town coming. First of all, the location is very good in the city...right in the heart of everything. The hotel lobby is ... read more
