I just purchased a DWHD64EP and the motor failed before I ever used it. As this was a special order, I contacted Thermador for a replacement only to be told I could only get a repair. I purchased this machine for the sound proofing which has to be removed for the repair. Therefore, the sound proofing is removed and the integrity is destroyed. So much for standing behind your product! A very bad choice if you have problems!
