Cons: Some Skills seem similar to one another. But this is a very minor con.

Cons: More tools required to develop thinking strategies

A well argued book that appears in some ways similar to Coveys Habits of Successful people in that it is trying to do the same thing. However I find Maxwell's framing easier to get to grips with. Examining how we think is I believe productive and very under utilised with many leaders and managers. The book could do with more and different strategies for developing different styles of thinking. Worth reading.
