So So...

Pros: Comfortable. Economical. Best boot in it's price a range.
Cons: Not as good as it's more expensive counterparts. So So protection.
This may be a good boot for some but I just finished a weekend of riding where I twisted my ankle after a get off while I was wearing this boot.
I'm not sure exactly how the ankle was twisted since it did not occur in slow motion for me like it does for some, in my case it happened before I knew it.
While I'm positive this boot saved my ankle from a more serious injury had I not been wearing it I'm sure I would be hurt to a much more serious extent, but after my buddy twisted my boot in his hand and then twisted his Alpinestar tech 8's I wish I had sprung for the 8's.
The Tech 8's may not have protected me any better in this instance but after his demonstration I wish I wouldn't have tried to save money in this area.
My advice. If your feet and ankles are important to you buy the best boots you can afford. I do feel this is the best boot in this price range. I just feel I should have invested my money in a boot with a little more protection.
