Pros: Not a bad club, but you expect more from Titleist Cons: Not very forgiving, not what you would expect from Titleist
Summary: We typically hear the name Titleist and visions of birdies pop into our head. Heck, everyone uses the Titleist balls, so why not use their clubs as well, right? Wrong.
I have played tournament golf for about 20 years now and in the interim ... read more

Pros: Long distance heaven for fast swing speeds. Very maneuverable. Smooth buttery feel w/instant feedback. Cons: Not very forgiving.
Summary: This driver has to be the best thing that's happened to my game since the advent of cavity back irons. Is it a 983K---NO, but it didn't cost me $500.00 either. I test drove this, and despite other's comments, I found it easy to hit from the very ... read more

Pros: Classic looks and feel merged with Titleist technology Cons: Titleist stopped making it because people wanted bigger clubfaces
Summary: This is the Corvette of the golf. It didn't start it-it just made it fun. The design is classic and simple-no technobabble gimmicks-and it is backed by Titleist technology. What more could you want?

Pros: Excellent feel, explosive ball speed, neutral ball movement. Cons: very shaft sensitive
Summary: I have two 975D drivers that I have been in my bag for at least two years off and on.

Pros: No surprises in performance. Good distance, hits very straight. Cons: price, durability not the best
Summary: As with any club, the shaft will affect the performance. This club seems to be best suited to an upper end stiff shaft for best performance. If you want to hit the ball straighter--THIS IS THE CLUB. I found less sidespin that in anything else I have ... read more

Pros: Titanium, many shaft varieties, lofts or degrees, price decreasing, extreme distance. Cons: Not very forgiving. Miss-hits affects distance and accuracy. Not much loft or height.
Summary: I have used this driver for more than a month now on many various courses. Before, I used a stone-aged driver by Dunlop. Therefore, the jump from my old driver to my new Titleist 975D was remarkably noticable. I was confused as to what driver I should ... read more

Pros: Trajectory, It has a little squarer face than some, Longer than most Cons: A little to much bulge and roll(roundness of face)
Summary: I switched to the 975D after hitting a number of different Callaway drivers over the last four years. The 975D was a little longer and the ball flight a little better . Also I feel the distance control is better than many of the drivers that trampoline ... read more

Pros: great feel, great distance, great control Cons: expensive
Summary: I know, it's a bad pun... sorry. But, it really is the truth. This is a club that I can really feel comfortable off the tee. I've only hit this club a couple times, once at the beginning of this year with 8.5* loft and my friend just got one not to ... read more

Pros: Low Price, Explosive Distance, Just Plain cool Cons: Not TOO forgiving

Pros: maximum distance, feel, performance and workability Cons: not for the weekend golfer
Summary: With the red white and black stripes on the headcover, the Titleist 975D Driver is the best driver for a serious golfer. It has an unforgiving head, but produces superior quality shots. Many touring pro's use this club, however this driver is not for ... read more

Pros: Great distance and good control Cons: Pricey, not forgiving
Summary: This club is really for the pro's. The sweetspot on this club is much smaller then on most other drivers but if you do hit the solidly consistantly then you should get a few extra yards on your drives. Also, I found this club to be better for shaping ... read more

Pros: Excellent, consistent trajectory, feel, workability, and looks Cons: none
Summary: The Titleist 975D has not become the #1 driver on the PGA tour for no reason. It is geared to low handicap players, but if you do have that skill level, no other driver comes close to the 975D. Its classic pear shaped head and heavier swing weight make ... read more

Pros: Long straight hits Cons: Not forgiving at all!
Summary: It only took me on ball to decide this was the driver for me. I was thinking about buying this club when the pro-shop pro asked me if I wanted to try it just to see how I liked it. I hit the ball over 300 yards, 200 in the air. It was the best drive I ... read more
