very dangerous

Cons: Toasting takes forever!! Everything either burns or doesn't toast on both side.!!
Well were should I begin, the cord melted, the handle broke a week after I purchased it. The outside body gets extremely hot. Stay away from this item. Not worth it!!!!

Very hard to clean! There is no crumb tray. I have to go in the toaster and wipe the tray clean and go underneath the heating elements. Make sure you pull plug!!! Horrible product!!!!!

Cons: very hot exterior. Fire hazard
This unit almost set my kitchen windowsill on fire. Back of unit gets EXTREMELY hot. Handle fell off. Avoid this at all costs. Dangerous product.
