well, it has been some time since i wrote an opinion. i was surprised to find the porsche design coffee maker here. since i bought one and used it for just under a year, i thought it would be good to review it.

I like the look, but the heating element failed after 6 months. Not very reliable, very expensive coffee maker.
I should have purchased a Mr. Coffee and pasted a Porsche sticker on the front.
Thank goodness, my 911 and 944 are very reliable cars.

I liked my coffee machine, models 583P but after 4 years, the thermosthat is defective. I live the province of Quebec now. It would be possible to get the part to me.

We had ours for about 2 years and now it has stopped working. No one can/will repair it, toastmaster does not support it with any parts or service. Bosch has the exact same design called a model TKA 9110 but no help there either. I would not purchase this again for the price. I would expect at least 4-5 years of service.
