I absolutely love this television! Of course, I am comparing it to a television that was 23 years old when it was put out to pasture but even so, I am very impressed with the picture quality and the sound. It has a very clear picture, great color and it has a surround sound feature.

It is a bit on the heavy side and takes up a lot of room but the quality of picture and sound more than makes up for those disadvantages. The cabinet is very attractive and sleek. The remote is very easy to use.

What I like most about it is that 27" is a larger size than the previous television but not so large that it dominates the room. It is very easy to watch from any angle in the room.

Pros: CRYSTAL CLEAR PICTURE, NICE SOUND, GREAT INPUTS!
Cons: NEEDS COLOR ADJUSTMENTS CONTRAST TO HIGH!

I HAVE OWNED THIS TV FOR A MONTH NOW, AND THE PICTURE IS AWESOME. THERE IS A FEW SLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS TO BE MADE ( MOSTLY WITH THE CONTRAST & BRIGHTNESS ), BUT OVERALL THIS TV LOOKS AWESOME. THE INPUTS ARE GREAT 1 S-VIDEO AND 1 COMPONENT, MY DVD'S LOOK SPECTACULAR, ALMOST HI DEF! EVEN AT 480i. I AM USING A MONSTER S-VIDEO FOR CABLE PROGRAMMING AND ACOUSTIC RESEARCH FOR COMPONENT FOR MY DVD'S.
THE SOUND OF THE TV IS GREAT, NICE CLEAR AND LOUD.
EASY TO USE MENU SYSTEM.
FOR $50.00 LESS THAN THE SONY 27" TRINITRON IT IS QUITE WORTH IT. I BOUGHT THE 20" MODEL LAST YEAR AND IT PLAYS AWESOME ALSO MY WIFE KEEPS IT ON EVERY NIGHT AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT!
