This is the poorest Toshiba product I own It has been back Toshiba to get a firmware upgrade to fix problems and it came back with a new set of problems The old problems are now coming back Getting ready to toss it - it is not worth the time I have to devote taking it back. Toshiba really should give all owners of this unit a newer model that works - or a refund ON THE PLUS SIDE - it does have a great picture and sound - when it works ! Sorry - nothing good to say about this dud !
