    Pros: Good quality, sturdy machine with video and written instructions.
    Cons: Having to disconnect the pulleys in order to use the wing in mid workout.

    Pros: Affordably priced. Easily stores away. Sturdy, well-built. Quiet, smooth fluid movement.
    Cons: A bit heavy. Flip chart/water bottle stand fits too loose.

    Pros: Cheap, fast, safe, easy.
    Cons: I can't think of any.

    Pros: Every body part can be worked out.
    Cons: Changing from cable to non cable exercises.

    Pros: Easy to set up and use. Smooth, with great range of motion. Encourages daily use.
    Cons: Folding routine. No provision for heavier leg workout.

    Pros: easy to assemble, great workout, sturdy piece of equipment.
    Cons: my only "con" is that it doesnt roll easily on carpet.
