Pros: Comfortable,clean,nice staff.
Cons: Busy area. Of course, it is the bay area.

Recently stayed one night in a two bedroom unit. This property is very new and in great condition. We stayed in a non-smoking room and it appeared to us that the smoking rooms were in a completely different building (this property has two). The staff was very friendly.

The location is in a very busy area, yet the room was quiet and comfortable.

Towneplace is a good alternative to Residence Inn when price is important. The two room suites are nice, but you do miss the second bathroom.
