I admit I do not take this product regularly, but I use it to curb sugar cravings. It certainly delivers in that capacity! It works amazingly well, although I did not notice an increase in energy or decreased appetite which is why I did not take it all the time.

The only thing really bad about this product is that if you do not drink enough water the pills can get stuck in your throat. Not cool.

The price of this supplement is a little steep, but for other products on a similar level, it is comparable. I believe I paid about $30 for a 30 day supply.

I do know folks who take this all the time and they have had good success, but I can only attest to the decrease in sugar cravings - substantial decrease. I would suggest drinking LOTS of water, not just to get the pill down, but because it is healthy as well. It is also important to realize that if you do not follow an exercise regime and maintain healthy eating habits, all the supplements in the world won't help you lose weight. This is not a miracle pill.

after i saw the anna nicole commercial i ran out to buy this even though i was somewhat skeptical. it is the first diet product that actually worked for me - i lost 47 pounds in a years time. i took 3 a day but the package says you can take up to 6 a day. but dont expect a miracle when you take this, you must also follow the recommendations for exercise, diet, and water intake. it drastically cut my food cravings and made me more thirsty so i could reach my water intake goal for the day. unfortunately i had to stop taking the trimspa when i began tanning at the salon as i broke out in a rash which went away the next day. that was 5 months ago and i have not gained ANY of the weight back. this stuff works, i have before and after pictures to prove it!

I watched all the commercials. I had tried a lot of other diets and supplements. I had seen and read all the reviews of the wonder ingredient, Hoodia. So I plunked down the $32 at my local drugstore and gave Trim Spa a trial.

I took the recommended 6 tablets a day, according to the instructions and drank lots of water. I really never felt any different. I did not suffer any strange side effects, no dizziness, nausea, no abdominal problems. Nothing, I felt nothing......no different.

I combined taking the Trim Spa with a walking regimen of 10,000 steps a day. I lost approximately 3 pounds in a little over a month but honestly I do not think it was from the Trim Spa. Since I stopped taking the Trim Spa I have been drinking lots of water to take care of my hunger. I am walking 10,000 steps a day and taking a weight management multi vitamin, combined with Tonalin CLA and have lost over 9 pounds in 38 days.

Trim Spa, had no side effects except making my wallet thinner. I have better results with cheaper supplements, exercise and water, water, water. I cannot recommend this product.

I bought Trimspa last year. After finishing the bottle (one month's supply) I lost only 1 pound. It did not curb my appetite at all.

Cons: Shellfish allergies/heart disease patients dont try. Until body adjusts, you may get the jitters.

Basically I am a person who binges a lot. I have tried everything to lose weight and one of my biggest problems was always cravings. I tried numerous diet pills to offer some aide and nothing seemed to work. I was working out and eating right, but of course I still got hungry.

So I decided to put Trimspa to the test and from the first two pills I took I started to notice the difference. Where no pills or other brands have let me down, I wasnt hungry. I actually had no desire to binge and even when it came to dinner I wasnt hungry. No obviously being safe and healthy, I ate.

Point blank, if your like me and need that extra help. I highly recommend Trimspa, along with drinking plenty of water, safe excercise and a healthy diet.

This product will not MAKE you lose weight. For the most part it works well as an appetite suppressant. It takes away the hunger and cravings while making you feel fuller, allowing you to eat more responsibly.

I've been using a diet manager on my palm pilot to track food intake and calories. The trimspa helps me stay within the guidelines of my calorie intake.

Nothing is a wonder drug. Trimspa is a tool. You must use it as such and take advantage of the hunger supressing effects by eating less and adding some excercise.

Well I have to tell ya, I am so pleased with this product. I love to eat. I have not really had any major cravings to go in the kitchen and eat. IT has helped so much with my emotional eating as well. I had to stop and say to myself, did I eat today? As far as energy it was a slight boost to get me through the day. If I wanted to sleep. Not a problem. I have been only taking it for three days. I will keep readers posted on my results. For the first time I can say I might be able to keep the weight off. Sugar cravings! if I want something small. But I do not have that desire to eat. Also it has me drink plenty of water which is great, because I was very bad at that. Well I will keep you posted.
