I do like pistachio nuts and I love a snack that is satisfying and tasty and has about 11 calories per cracker. 
I have to admit that I am now a big fan of these and I wish that I could get them locally. I ordered them through Amazon.

My girlfriend brought a bag of these with her and told me how good they are. They are amazing! My first bite wasn't really great it was after the second bite that the flavor finally hit me! Salty, crispy, and oh so tasty, not to mention highly addictive! It's hard to stop eating them! I would rather eat these than any chip! I love dip on my chips but this crisp or cracker doesn't really need anything because it has so much flavor on it's own. The only bad thing about them is the cost, $2.97 for a 4 1/2 ounce bag.
