Cons: Rude, negligent with furniture, don't take responsibility for damage to furniture, not-effecient workers

Pros: The company acted responsibly when the damage was reported and seemed fair during claim settlement.
Cons: Consider the optional insurance if moving high value furnture since accidents do happen pretty often.

Pros: When I told their manager about the incident she was very apologetic and embarassed.
Cons: Two very unprofessional movers who I believe thought they could scam me.

Cons: Unprofessional. Careless with your items and furniture. Unresponsive to damage complaints. Incompetent movers.

Cons: Young, SLOW, inexperienced movers - lots of time wasted.
